Virginia Wolf would be pleased to know that there is a window with a view in Mariel's writing office. I am the Quality Control Officer (QCO) and the Editor-in-Chief of her writing operation. I curl into a ball when the author thinks and pace back and forth on the desk the instant her fingers gallop on the laptop's keyboard. When I disapprove, I wipe the screen with my tail or stick out my tongue. And if she ignores me, I sit on top of the keyboard. That gets her attention. I also offer my purrs when she writes about rough stuff. I love my job!
